Lua Scripting • Read and Write UTF-16 LE BOM (lua)

Module updated, file added to the main post.

Changes:
The script has been reworked to correctly read files in different encodings.
Added a log system.
It now reads ANSI (1252) encoded files.
Added an example skin.
